 I would want it to end by the Baudelaire’s going to live with Justice Strauss.

If the Bad Beginning was the only book in the Lemony Snicket series, how would you want it to end?

 I would want the three orphans to go live with a nicer relative, so that they would not be so miserable.

1. Opal was a good owner to Winn-Dixie and took good care of him.
2. Winn-Dixie helped Opal to meet many interesting people.
3.  Opal's father easily agreed to allow her to keep the dog.
4.  The dog brought Opal and her father closer together by helping him to share his feelings with her.
5. Winn-Dixie filled the empty space in Opal's heart that was caused by her mother leaving them when Opal was three years old.
6. The dog brought joy and happiness to all of the characters in the book who were also lonely.
7. All of the people that Opal met because of Winn-Dixie became true friends.
8. Her new friend, Gloria Dump, became like a mother to her, and Opal was able to share her deepest thoughts and feelings.
9. The book had both sad and happy moments.
10. Even though her mother did not return to them, Opal and her father were grateful that they still had each other and became closer in the end.
